Sobre la propuesta

En TalentCross nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a DevOps / SRE Semi Senior para incorporarse de manera directa al equipo de un importante cliente del sector tecnológico.

Buscamos una persona apasionada por la infraestructura, la automatización y la confiabilidad de plataformas, con experiencia administrando entornos Kubernetes y servicios en AWS. Será responsable de acompañar la evolución de la infraestructura, optimizando procesos, automatizando despliegues y fortaleciendo la estabilidad y observabilidad de la plataforma.

¿Cuáles serán tus desafíos?

  • Administrar, mantener y evolucionar la infraestructura basada en Kubernetes (K3s).
  • Automatizar despliegues y colaborar en la mejora continua de pipelines CI/CD.
  • Gestionar infraestructura sobre AWS, garantizando estabilidad y escalabilidad.
  • Implementar mejoras en observabilidad, monitoreo y alertas para optimizar la confiabilidad de los servicios.
  • Administrar componentes de networking, balanceadores de carga e ingress.
  • Participar activamente en iniciativas de automatización y mejora continua de la plataforma.

¿Qué buscamos?

Experiencia:

  • Más de 3 años desempeñándose en posiciones de DevOps o Site Reliability Engineer (SRE).

Conocimientos técnicos excluyentes:

  • Experiencia administrando Kubernetes, idealmente operando clusters (no únicamente utilizando kubectl).
  • Docker.
  • Experiencia trabajando con infraestructura en AWS.
  • Conocimientos en automatización de despliegues y procesos CI/CD.
