Engenheiro de Manutafura

Sobre a oportunidade Um dos nossos clientes de São Paulo está em busca de um(a) Engenheiro(a) de Manufatura para atuar no desenvolvimento, otimização e balanceamento de processos produtivos em linhas de montagem de produtos eletrônicos.

Essa pessoa terá papel fundamental na melhoria da eficiência operacional, redução de desperdícios e aumento da produtividade, trabalhando de forma colaborativa com áreas multidisciplinares.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Realizar o balanceamento de linhas produtivas, otimizando tempos de ciclo e alocação de operadores;
  • Desenvolver, projetar e validar dispositivos de montagem, garantindo ergonomia, qualidade e repetibilidade;
  • Gerenciar projetos de NPI (New Product Introduction), desde a fase de desenvolvimento até a implementação;
  • Elaborar e revisar Procedimentos de Montagem e Instruções de Trabalho, garantindo padronização e capacitação operacional;
  • Aplicar metodologias de melhoria contínua, como Lean Manufacturing e Kaizen, visando redução de desperdícios;
  • Apoiar a definição de escopos técnicos para aquisição de equipamentos e contratação de serviços;
  • Atuar em conjunto com Produção, Qualidade, Engenharia de Produto e Manutenção para garantir aderência aos padrões técnicos e regulatórios.

Requisitos

  • Formação superior em Engenharia (Produção, Mecânica, Elétrica, Controle e Automação ou áreas correlatas);
  • Inglês avançado;
  • Experiência prévia em ambiente industrial;
  • Vivência com processos de manufatura (manuais e/ou automatizados);
  • Experiência com NPI (New Product Introduction);
  • Conhecimento em Lean Manufacturing e ferramentas de melhoria contínua;
  • Experiência no desenvolvimento e validação de dispositivos de montagem;
  • Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos;
  • Experiência com softwares CAD para modelagem de dispositivos;
  • Capacidade analítica para interpretação de indicadores de manufatura;
  • Boa comunicação, trabalho em equipe e perfil voltado à resolução de problemas.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com ferramentas de cronometragem, como MOST ou cronoanálise;
  • Vivência com simulação de processos produtivos.
