Propósito del rol

Ser la persona técnica que trabaja directamente con el cliente para entender sus problemas operativos y convertirlos en soluciones funcionales: integración de datos, modelado de ontología, aplicaciones y, cuando corresponda, agentes de IA.

Es un rol end-to-end, con una fuerte combinación de ingeniería, arquitectura y consultoría.

Responsabilidades

  • Relevar con usuarios de negocio y operaciones los problemas a resolver y traducirlos en arquitectura técnica, modelos de ontología y workflows.
  • Construir soluciones end-to-end utilizando pipelines, PySpark, SQL, TypeScript/Python y herramientas de desarrollo.
  • Diseñar modelos de datos y dominio: entidades, relaciones y reglas de negocio.
  • Prototipar rápidamente para demostrar valor en semanas y posteriormente preparar las soluciones para producción.
  • Implementar buenas prácticas de calidad, incluyendo testing, data expectations, permisos y monitoreo.
  • Diseñar e implementar casos de uso de IA/LLM y agentes cuando aporten valor, incluyendo evaluación y guardrails.
  • Trabajar junto con equipos de IT y datos del cliente y otros ingenieros asignados al proyecto.
  • Documentar decisiones de diseño y transferir conocimiento al equipo del cliente y al resto de la organización.
  • Facilitar sesiones con usuarios no técnicos y presentar soluciones ante stakeholders de nivel directivo.

Requisitos

  • 5+ años de experiencia en ingeniería de datos, software o plataformas.
  • Al menos 2 proyectos entregados en producción con interacción directa con clientes.
  • Python avanzado y experiencia sólida con Spark/PySpark.
  • TypeScript sólido.
  • SQL avanzado/experto.
  • Experiencia en modelado de datos y dominio.
  • Capacidad para traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones técnicas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
  • Inglés B2+ oral y escrito.

Deseable

  • Experiencia práctica con Palantir Foundry, especialmente Ontology, Workshop y Pipeline Builder.
  • Certificación Foundry Data Engineer o Application Developer.
  • Experiencia con LLMs en producción, RAG, agentes y evaluación.
  • Experiencia en seguros, banca, manufactura, energía, supply chain o salud.
  • Experiencia previa en consultoría, Solutions Engineering o roles Forward Deployed.
