Job Description: Full Cycle Recruiter (Global / Remote)

En TalentCross, buscamos un Full Cycle Recruiter con mentalidad global y gran capacidad de autogestión para sumarse a nuestro equipo multinacional. Serás responsable de gestionar el ciclo de vida completo del candidato, trabajando directamente con Hiring Managers en EE.UU., Europa y LATAM.

Buscamos a alguien que no solo "gestione vacantes", sino que actúe como un socio estratégico para el negocio, garantizando la calidad en cada contratación.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestión End-to-End: Liderar todo el proceso de selección, desde el relevamiento del perfil (kick-off) hasta la negociación de la oferta y el cierre.
  • Sourcing Estratégico: Búsqueda proactiva de talento pasivo utilizando LinkedIn Recruiter y otras herramientas avanzadas para roles de IT, Ventas y Operaciones.
  • Partnership con Hiring Managers: Asesorar a los líderes de área sobre las tendencias del mercado, definir perfiles y setear expectativas de tiempos y salarios.
  • Entrevistas de Calidad: Evaluar competencias técnicas y cultural fit en español e inglés (y portugués si aplica).
  • Experiencia del Candidato: Asegurar que cada persona en el proceso reciba un trato profesional, humano y feedback oportuno.
  • Gestión de ATS: Mantener la base de datos actualizada para garantizar visibilidad y métricas precisas del equipo.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia: 2 a 5 años en reclutamiento Full Cycle, preferentemente en agencias de staffing o startups tecnológicas.
  • Idiomas: Inglés - Portugués Avanzado (C1/C2) es excluyente. Debes ser capaz de entrevistar y negociar con fluidez.
  • Alcance Regional: Experiencia previa contratando perfiles en mercados de EE.UU., Europa y/o Latinoamérica.
  • Habilidades Blandas: Excelentes capacidades de comunicación, persuasión y organización. Capacidad para trabajar con diferentes husos horarios.
  • Autonomía: Comodidad trabajando en entornos remotos y por objetivos, sin necesidad de micro-management.
