Contexto del Rol

Buscamos un líder estratégico para encabezar la gestión integral de compras de un importante Grupo de salud en evolución organizacional. El candidato ideal no solo deberá poseer una sólida base funcional en compras, sino también un alto potencial para expandir su alcance hacia la gestión administrativa y operativa integral en el mediano plazo.La posición reporta directamente a la Dirección General.

Objetivo del Puesto

Diseñar, liderar y ejecutar la estrategia integral de compras corporativas, asegurando el abastecimiento eficiente de bienes y servicios (médicos y no médicos), optimizando costos y garantizando estándares de calidad. Actuará como un socio estratégico de la Dirección para profesionalizar áreas, ordenar procesos y mejorar la eficiencia económica global.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Estrategia y Negociación: Definir y ejecutar la estrategia corporativa de compras alineada a los objetivos financieros, liderando negociaciones avanzadas con proveedores estratégicos para obtener condiciones competitivas.
  • Gestión de Contratos: Administrar convenios marco y acuerdos comerciales con laboratorios, droguerías y prestadores de insumos.
  • Liderazgo de Equipo: Coordinar, supervisar y desarrollar al equipo de compras, fomentando una cultura de mejora continua y orientación a resultados.
  • Control y Procesos: Diseñar e implementar políticas y circuitos de compras que garanticen transparencia, trazabilidad y profesionalización del área.
  • Análisis y KPIs: Monitorear indicadores de gestión (KPIs) para detectar oportunidades de ahorro, eficiencia operativa y optimización de stocks.
  • Gestión Transversal: Colaborar con las áreas de Finanzas, Operaciones y Clínica para asegurar el abastecimiento alineado a las necesidades del negocio e impulsar la integración de procesos administrativos.

Perfil Buscado (Requisitos)

  • Experiencia: Mínima de 5 años liderando áreas de compras o administrativas, preferentemente con exposición previa a alta dirección y participación en procesos de cambio organizacional.
  • Educación: Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería, Finanzas, Logística o carreras afines.
  • Competencias Técnicas: Maestría en negociación, análisis de costos, presupuesto y gestión estratégica de proveedores.
  • Visión de Negocio: Capacidad para entender el impacto de las compras en los resultados globales y visión sistémica de la organización.
  • Capacidad Estructuradora: Perfil con madurez y criterio para operar en entornos en evolución, generando método y orden donde no existe una estructura totalmente definida.

  • Pensamiento estratégico y capacidad de interlocución con dueños/directores.
  • Capacidad de gestión transversal y liderazgo de equipos.
  • Orientación a resultados y alto poder de negociación.

Condiciones de la Propuesta

  • Ubicación: C.A.B.A..
  • Jornada: Lunes a Viernes de 08:00 a 17:00 hs.
  • Remuneración: Sueldo bruto a convenir según experiencia.
