Customs Representative (Comercio Exterior)

Propósito del Puesto

Buscamos un perfil analítico y orientado a cumplimiento para integrarse al equipo de Logística y Aduanas. Esta posición será clave para asegurar la correcta ejecución de los procesos de importación, así como el cumplimiento de la Ley Aduanera mexicana y la implementación de procesos relacionados con valoración aduanera y manifestación de valor electrónica.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Cumplimiento Aduanero: Validar la correcta clasificación arancelaria y asegurar el cumplimiento de la Ley Aduanera mexicana y regulaciones de comercio exterior.
  • Procesos de Importación: Coordinar y dar seguimiento a embarques aéreos y marítimos, optimizando tiempos, costos y cumplimiento documental.
  • Control de Operaciones: Monitorear el estatus de los embarques, validar documentación (BLs, facturas, etc.) y actualizar información en sistemas internos.
  • Valoración Aduanera: Apoyar en procesos relacionados con valoración aduanera y manifestación de valor electrónica.
  • Análisis y KPIs: Dar seguimiento a indicadores de desempeño (tiempos de entrega, costos, eficiencia) y generar reportes.
  • Coordinación Logística: Planificar la carga y entrega de contenedores, coordinando con proveedores, transportistas y almacenes.
  • Gestión Documental: Elaborar y revisar documentación de comercio exterior para importación y exportación.
  • Control Financiero: Apoyar en la conciliación de gastos de importación y coordinación con áreas de finanzas.

Requisitos del Perfil

  • Formación: Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional, Aduanas, Logística o afín.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en importaciones y exportaciones, con exposición a procesos aduanales y cumplimiento regulatorio.
  • Conocimientos: Sólida comprensión de la Ley Aduanera mexicana y regulaciones de comercio exterior. Deseable experiencia en clasificación arancelaria, valoración aduanera y manifestación de valor electrónica.
  • Idiomas: Inglés intermedio avanzado (capacidad para manejar documentación y comunicación global).
  • Herramientas: Excel intermedio-avanzado. SAP es un plus.
  • Habilidades: Alta atención al detalle, pensamiento analítico y enfoque en cumplimiento normativo.
