Nuestro cliente, una destacada organización del sector de Medios Digitales , se encuentra en la búsqueda de un profesional con visión innovadora para ocupar el rol de Ingeniero/a de Prompts y Agentes de IA.

Objetivo del Puesto

El objetivo principal será diseñar, implementar y mantener agentes de inteligencia artificial que generen un impacto directo en la rentabilidad y el rendimiento operativo del grupo. El rol actúa como un puente estratégico que transforma necesidades operativas en soluciones concretas mediante IA, trabajando de forma coordinada con equipos de proyectos e implementación.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Diseño y Desarrollo: Creación de prompts avanzados y agentes de IA orientados a resolver procesos reales de áreas transversales.
  • Automatización e Integración: Implementar conectores entre herramientas internas y externas (CRM, sistemas de gestión, APIs, bases de datos) utilizando plataformas de orquestación de flujos.
  • Implementación y Optimización: Relevar necesidades operativas para identificar oportunidades de mejora, validando el funcionamiento de los agentes en entornos reales y ajustando su comportamiento según el feedback recibido.
  • Seguimiento y Adopción: Medir indicadores de éxito como el nivel de adopción por área, frecuencia de uso e impacto en los tiempos de ejecución, detectando desvíos para aplicar acciones correctivas.
  • Capacitación y Documentación: Formar a los colaboradores en el uso correcto de las herramientas de IA y documentar de forma clara los flujos, automatizaciones y agentes implementados.
  • Ética y Calidad: Garantizar la estabilidad de las soluciones implementadas y el resguardo de la información sensible y confidencial.

Requisitos del Perfil

  • Educación: Profesional en Sistemas, Ingeniería, Ciencia de Datos, Informática o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo de 3 años en roles vinculados a automatización, IA, sistemas o soluciones digitales.
  • Conocimientos Técnicos: Experiencia comprobable en diseño de prompts avanzados y construcción de agentes de IA. Sólida experiencia en integraciones de sistemas mediante conectores o plataformas de orquestación. Dominio del modelado de procesos y flujos de trabajo. Capacidad de documentación técnica y funcional.
  • Valoramos especialmente: Experiencia implementando agentes en entornos productivos. Conocimientos de APIs, webhooks, CRM y sistemas de ticketing. Nociones de UX conversacional y diseño de experiencias con IA.
