Sobre el rol

Buscamos un/a Desarrollador/a Java Senior altamente autónomo/a y con capacidad de ejecución inmediata para sumarse a nuestro equipo de ingeniería. Te integrarás de forma directa a un equipo de habla hispana para liderar el desarrollo de módulos clave, optimizar sistemas existentes y garantizar entregables de alto rendimiento desde el primer día.

Al ser una posición de contratación inmediata, valoramos la capacidad de adaptación rápida a arquitecturas ya establecidas.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Desarrollo inmediato: Escribir, probar y desplegar código Java de alta calidad para microservicios y APIs robustas.
  • Resolución de problemas: Diagnosticar y resolver cuellos de botella de rendimiento y errores en entornos de producción de forma eficiente.
  • Calidad de software: Implementar pruebas unitarias y participar en la revisión de código (code reviews) para asegurar la estabilidad del sistema.
  • Autonomía técnica: Tomar requerimientos funcionales y transformarlos en soluciones técnicas estables sin necesidad de supervisión constante.
  • Colaboración: Coordinar con el equipo de infraestructura/DevOps para asegurar un flujo de despliegue continuo y limpio.

Requisitos técnicos

  • Experiencia: Más de 5 años trabajando como desarrollador backend, con foco exclusivo en Java (versión 11 o superior).
  • Frameworks: Dominio experto y comprobable en Spring Boot (Spring Security, Spring Data).
  • Bases de datos: Manejo avanzado de bases de datos relacionales (PostgreSQL, MySQL) y optimización de consultas complejas (SQL).
  • Arquitectura: Experiencia sólida trabajando con arquitecturas orientadas a microservicios y colas de mensajería (Kafka o RabbitMQ).
  • Herramientas clave: Experiencia del día a día con Docker, Git/GitLab y entornos en la nube (AWS/Azure).

Habilidades blandas

  • Fuerte orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de plazos de entrega.
  • Capacidad para comprender arquitecturas de software rápidamente de forma autónoma.
  • Comunicación asertiva y fluida en español.
