The posting

El objetivo principal del rol es colaborar con la planificación de auditorías, además de coordinar y ejecutar auditorías internas para evaluar el cumplimiento y la efectividad de los procesos y controles establecidos. El Jefe de Auditoría debe identificar riesgos y áreas de mejora en la organización, gestionando equipos multidisciplinarios para asegurar la eficiencia, el cumplimiento y la rentabilidad de los procesos logísticos.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Planificación: Colaborar en el desarrollo del plan anual de Auditorías basado en la evaluación de riesgos y prioridades de la organización.
  • Ejecución y Coordinación: Responsable de coordinar y asegurar la ejecución de las auditorías logísticas y la evaluación de sus resultados.
  • Supervisión: Coordinar y supervisar las actividades del equipo de auditoría y las auditorías internas, evaluando la efectividad de los controles.
  • Reporting: Elaborar informes que resuman la gestión del sector, su evolución, los hallazgos y las recomendaciones de mejora para presentarlos a la Gerencia.
  • Interacción: Mantener participación e interacción con todas las gerencias.

Perfil del Candidato

  • Formación Académica: Nivel Terciario o Secundario.
  • Especialización: Auditoría Logística (Requisito excluyente).
  • Experiencia: Mínimo de 3 años en posiciones similares (Requisito excluyente).
  • Conocimientos Técnicos: Manejo de Paquete Office y Bases de Datos (Nivel Bueno - Excluyente). Conocimiento del sistema WMS (Nivel Alto). Definición de KPIs y Diagramación de Procesos.
  • Idiomas: No requiere.
  • Movilidad: Preferentemente con movilidad propia (No excluyente)
