The posting

Fintech de Procesamiento de Pagos (Confidencial) busca un/a profesional autónomo/a y con marcada capacidad de liderazgo para estructurar, escalar y controlar la operación integral y la experiencia de los clientes (CX) de su plataforma.

El foco principal del rol estará en construir procesos sólidos, promover la automatización de tareas y liderar al equipo operativo distribuido en dos turnos para garantizar una cobertura continua todos los días de la semana.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Gestión y Control Operativo: Garantizar la continuidad y eficiencia de la operación diaria de procesamiento de pagos, estableciendo KPIs de rendimiento, disponibilidad y calidad.
  • Procesos y Automatización: Diseñar, documentar e implementar procesos escalables; identificar eficiencias y coordinar la automatización de tareas repetitivas en conjunto con el área de Tecnología.
  • Liderazgo y Armado de Equipo: Reclutar, desarrollar y liderar al equipo de Operaciones y CX, definiendo estructuras, esquemas de 2 turnos diarios y planes de desarrollo continuo.
  • Relaciones con Distribuidoras y Clientes: Ser el punto de contacto clave para cuentas estratégicas, distribuidores e intermediarios del ecosistema de pagos.
  • Ejecución Comercial Operativa: Dar soporte a la implementación de acuerdos comerciales, onboarding de grandes clientes y resolución de contingencias críticas de negocio.
  • Autonomía Operativa: Administrar de manera autónoma la presencia en oficina, así como la distribución y supervisión de los equipos en 2 turnos para asegurar la cobertura presencial en la franja horaria requerida.

Requisitos del Perfil

  • Experiencia Previa: Mínimo de 3 a 5 años en roles de liderazgo operativo o gestión de CX, coordinando equipos y asegurando la calidad del servicio en entornos dinámicos o de alta demanda (se valorará positivamente el paso por empresas de servicios, tecnología o industrias afines).
  • Liderazgo: Capacidad demostrada para armar, estructurar y consolidar equipos desde cero o en fases de escalamiento, con experiencia en gestión y planificación de turnos de trabajo.
  • Habilidades Metodológicas: Experiencia comprobable en optimización de procesos e implementación de herramientas de automatización.
  • Visión de Negocio: Habilidad para equilibrar el rigor operativo con la atención a requerimientos comerciales y de relacionamiento institucional.
  • Disponibilidad: Disponibilidad total para trabajo presencial en CABA y la autonomía necesaria para autorregular horarios para la gestión de la operación.

Jornada y Horarios: Esquema presencial autónomo con gestión de horarios propios para la coordinación de equipos en 2 turnos, cubriendo la franja horaria de 8:00 a 23:00 hs, de lunes a domingo.
