El Desafío

Buscamos un Jefe de Infraestructura IT para nuestra Gerencia de Infraestructura y Ciberseguridad. Tu misión será garantizar la resiliencia y escalabilidad del ecosistema tecnológico, liderando al equipo técnico hacia la automatización y la excelencia operativa bajo estándares de clase mundial.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Excelencia Operacional: Asegurar la estabilidad y alto rendimiento de la infraestructura crítica (Cloud & On-premise), garantizando el cumplimiento riguroso de los SLA.
  • Gestión Financiera (FinOps): Liderar la optimización de costos en la nube, promoviendo una cultura de eficiencia en el consumo de recursos.
  • Seguridad y Riesgo: Definir e implementar estrategias de seguridad (IAM, protección de datos y accesos) para mantener una postura de riesgo mínima.
  • Gobernanza y Proyectos: Coordinar recursos técnicos, planificación estratégica y control presupuestario para evitar desvíos en los proyectos del área.
  • Mejora Continua (SGC): Liderar auditorías, acciones correctivas y la estandarización de procesos bajo sistemas de gestión de calidad.

Requisitos Técnicos

  • Formación: Graduados o estudiantes avanzados de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Lic. en Informática o afines.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años liderando equipos o áreas de infraestructura en entornos de alta demanda.
  • Tech Stack Requerido: SO: Dominio experto de Windows y Linux (Bash scripting). Networking: Configuración de VPN, Firewall, NAT, Proxy y protocolo BGP. Cloud: Experiencia sólida en AWS, Azure (Data Lake) y GCP. Cultura Ops: Conocimientos en CloudOps, DevOps, DevNet y FinOps. Virtualización y Hardware: VMware (ESXi), Mikrotik, Fortinet, Aruba y Ubiquiti (Unifi).
