Perfil: Logistics Lead.

Principales Funciones

  • Supervisar la operación logística incluyendo preparación de pedidos y coordinación con operador logísticos (3PL).
  • Gestión de la operación logística de los canales mayorista, retail y B2B.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los sistemas de entrega y ventanas de entrega.
  • Asegurar la recepción y procesamiento de mercancías utilizando sistemas como SAP y los sistemas del operador logístico.
  • Coordinación de Lead Times y preparación de pedidos con clientes.
  • Reportes y preparación de informes semanales y mensuales.
  • Coordinación de entregas internacionales y gestión de Freight Forwarder.
  • Participación en auditorios y reuniones de reporte de resultados.
  • Elaboración de informes (distribución, costos, calidad).
  • Control de la facturación de proveedores logísticos (Facturación vs Devoluciones.
  • Referente logístico.

Otras funciones varias y/o en colaboración con otras áreas

  • Relacionarse con temas de servicio al cliente (Derivadas de casos complejos ). Reclamos por operación de transportes.
  • Coordinar el intercambio de mercancía a enviar. Desarrollar y corregir procedimientos operativos.
  • Coordinar la facturación de mostrador, registro de clientes, etc.
  • Coordinar tareas relacionadas con Eventos.
  • Coordinar embarcaciones eventuales al exterior.
  • Controlar el servicio de moto-mensajería

Principales Requisitos y conocimientos

  • Carrera Técnica, bachiller o experiencia equivalente.
  • Experiencia gestionando operadores logísticos 3PL (Supervisar operación diaria del operador logístico, participar en auditorias, revisión de desempeño y revisión de incidentes)
  • Conocimiento en coordinación logística multicanal.
  • Manejo de mayorista, retail y B2B, cada uno con sistemas y ventanas de entrega distintas.
  • Coordinación de citas, planillas, horarios y cumplimiento estricto de SLA.
  • Reportes cierres y control documental
  • Control de guías, facturas electrónicas, notas de crédito, intercompany.
  • Validación de facturación vs devoluciones
  • Inglés intermedio.
  • Manejo Avanzado de Excel.
  • Manejo de Power BI Y SAP (Preferentemente).
