Sobre la posición:

Búsqueda orientada a un/a profesional para desempeñarse en Sanatorio, con el objetivo de garantizar la adecuada gestión, control y optimización de las prestaciones médicas brindadas por la institución, velando por el cumplimiento de convenios, normas y estándares de calidad asistencial.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar auditorías médicas (tanto de gestión interna como de terreno) sobre las prestaciones brindadas en la institución.
  • Gestionar y analizar débitos, articulando las respuestas y re-reclamos correspondientes.
  • Mantener la relación y coordinación operativa con auditores externos y representantes de obras sociales y prepagas.
  • Colaborar y articular con los profesionales médicos y servicios del sanatorio para asegurar la adecuada documentación e Historia Clínica de las atenciones.
  • Controlar el cumplimiento de las normativas vigentes, convenios prestacionales y criterios de calidad asistencial.

Requisitos:

  • Educación: Título de Médico/a (Excluyente).
  • Experiencia: Experiencia previa en auditoría médica o posiciones similares en instituciones de salud o financiadores (Excluyente).
  • Competencias: Capacidad analítica y de negociación, conocimiento de normativas de salud/convenios, orientación al detalle, diplomacia en la gestión con auditores externos y trabajo en equipo.

Detalles de contratación:

  • Tipo de contratación: Relación de dependencia.
  • Jornada y Horarios: Lunes a viernes de 10:00 a 16:00 hs.
  • Salario: $2.900.000 neto
