El Desafío

Buscamos un Product Manager II con visión estratégica y ADN comercial para liderar la línea de Videoproyectores en Chile. Este no es un rol de soporte; buscamos a alguien con la autonomía necesaria para gestionar su propio portafolio, definir el rumbo del negocio y ser el referente de la categoría ante el mercado de Educación y Gobierno.

Tu objetivo será orquestar el Road Map del producto, asegurando que cada solución no solo cumpla con la cuota de ventas, sino que posicione a la marca como la opción N°1 en proyectos de alta envergadura.

¿Qué harás en este rol?

  • Gestión Autónoma del Portfolio: Serás el dueño del Road Map de videoproyectores, decidiendo el mix de productos ideal para el mercado local.
  • Estrategia GTM & Pricing: Definirás el posicionamiento de precio y las tácticas de Go-to-Market para ganar participación de mercado.
  • Foco en Sector Público y Educación: Identificarás oportunidades y asesorarás técnicamente en licitaciones y proyectos educativos a gran escala.
  • Socio Estratégico del Negocio: Colaborarás directamente con la Dirección de Consumo para ejecutar acciones de marketing y ventas que muevan la aguja de la rentabilidad.
  • Forecast & Análisis de Datos: Realizarás proyecciones de demanda precisas y analizarás métricas de mercado para anticipar riesgos y detectar nichos de oportunidad.
  • Gestión de Inventarios: Mantendrás la salud del negocio asegurando un flujo de compras y stock alineado con el forecast.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación: Licenciatura en Administración, Negocios, Ingeniería Comercial, Mercadotecnia o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia: Al menos 3 años liderando estrategias de producto (GTM, Pricing, Roadmap). Es fundamental contar con experiencia previa en el sector de pantallas interactivas o videoproyección, idealmente orientada a clientes de Gobierno o Educación.
  • Habilidades Clave: Capacidad analítica para el manejo de forecast, autonomía en la toma de decisiones y excelentes habilidades de negociación económica-técnica.
  • Herramientas: Dominio avanzado de MS Office (especialmente Excel para el manejo de data).
