Promotor de Ventas Retail Nuestro cliente, una destacada empresa de medicina prepaga con más de 50 años de experiencia en el sector de la salud, se encuentra en la búsqueda de Promotores de Ventas Retail para sumarse a su equipo comercial en la zona de Colegiales, Caba y Vicentes Lopez.

Objetivos del cargo:

Gestionar, asesorar y concretar afiliaciones de planes de la medicina prepaga, garantizando una experiencia de atención profesional, transparente y orientada al cliente. Desarrollar cartera de clientes, mantener relaciones comerciales sostenibles y cumplir con los objetivos comerciales establecidos por la organización.

Descripción de Tareas:

- Realizar prospección activa y pasiva de clientes potenciales.

- Brindar asesoramiento integral sobre los distintos planes de medicina prepaga, coberturas, precios y beneficios.

- Gestionar la inscripción de nuevos afiliados, documentación y carga de datos.

- Realizar seguimientos comerciales y gestionar el pipeline de ventas.

- Concretar convenios con empresas y derivadores comerciales cuando corresponda.

- Participar en acciones comerciales, ferias, eventos y activaciones.

Responsabilidades:

- Resguardar información confidencial de clientes y datos sensibles.

- Asegurar exactitud en el manejo de datos, precios y condiciones comerciales.

- Responsabilidad directa sobre el cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas.

- Autorización y validación de altas de afiliados bajo los parámetros definidos.

Requerimientos Sexo: Indistinto Nivel de Educación Formal Mínimo: Secundario Completo. Experiencia Laboral: Mínimo de 2 años en posiciones similares o afines.

Conocimiento Técnico: - Manejo de redes. - Conceptos básicos de ventas y atención al cliente. - Técnicas de prospección comercial (llamadas, WhatsApp, redes, referidos). - Manejo del proceso de venta: contacto, asesoramiento, seguimiento y cierre. - Nociones de negociación y manejo de objeciones.

Horario laboral: Lunes a Viernes de 10 a 18 hs de manera presencial.
