Sobre el rol

Buscamos un/a Recruiter especializado/a en tecnología para sumarse a nuestro equipo y liderar procesos de selección end-to-end en toda Latinoamérica. Esta persona será clave para atraer, evaluar y contratar talento IT de alto nivel, trabajando de forma remota con equipos regionales e internacionales.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar procesos completos de reclutamiento (end-to-end) para posiciones tecnológicas
  • Levantar perfiles junto a hiring managers y stakeholders
  • Publicar vacantes en diferentes plataformas y fuentes de talento
  • Identificar y atraer candidatos pasivos (sourcing activo)
  • Realizar entrevistas iniciales y evaluaciones por competencias
  • Coordinar entrevistas técnicas y dar seguimiento a candidatos
  • Mantener actualizados los sistemas de seguimiento (ATS)
  • Generar reportes y métricas de reclutamiento
  • Asegurar una excelente experiencia del candidato

Requisitos

  • +2/3 años de experiencia en reclutamiento, idealmente en posiciones IT
  • Experiencia contratando perfiles como: developers, QA, DevOps, data, etc.
  • Conocimiento de tecnologías y roles técnicos
  • Experiencia en sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter u otras herramientas)
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio/avanzado (deseable para roles regionales/globales)
  • Excelente comunicación y habilidades interpersonales
  • Experiencia trabajando de forma remota

Deseables (Nice to have)

  • Experiencia reclutando en múltiples países de LATAM
  • Manejo de ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, etc.)
  • Experiencia en startups o empresas tecnológicas
  • Conocimiento en metodologías ágiles
