Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Supervisionar e coordenar as atividades diárias da equipa, assegurando uma distribuição eficiente das tarefas;
  • Garantir que os procedimentos operacionais são compreendidos e cumpridos por todos os elementos;
  • Integrar e formar novos colaboradores;
  • Gerir conflitos e fomentar um ambiente de trabalho positivo e colaborativo;
  • Definir prioridades e prazos, promovendo uma utilização eficaz dos recursos;
  • Acompanhar a evolução das tarefas e projetos, ajustando planos sempre que necessário;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos e métodos de trabalho;
  • Implementar ações que contribuam para o aumento da eficiência e produtividade;
  • Assegurar uma comunicação clara e contínua com a equipa e com a gestão de produção. 

Requisitos:

  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos em funções semelhantes;
  • Formação mínima ao nível de TeSP/CET ou equivalente;
  • Disponibilidade para horário das 15h50 às 00h30 (obrigatório);
  • Boa capacidade de organização e estruturação de informação;
  • Sentido de responsabilidade e atitude proativa;
  • Boas competências de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Orientação para resultados;
  • Conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador.
