Estamos en la búsqueda de un perfil comercial de alto desempeño, con mentalidad analítica y una disciplina inquebrantable para la apertura de nuevos mercados. El objetivo principal es la generación de oportunidades de negocio reales (SQL) mediante una metodología de venta consultiva.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Apertura de Mercado: Identificar y contactar proactivamente a tomadores de decisión en empresas B2B.
  • Prospección Consultiva: Generar prospectos calificados que cuenten con presupuesto alineado y necesidad clara de solución.
  • Calificación Rigurosa: Asegurar que cada oportunidad transferida al equipo de New Business cumpla con los estándares de calidad y viabilidad comercial.
  • Ejecución Outbound: Dominio de herramientas y tácticas de prospección (Cold Calling, LinkedIn, Emailing) con un enfoque estratégico.

Requisitos del Perfil:

  • Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años de trayectoria comprobable en ventas B2B consultivas.
  • Mentalidad: Enfoque orientado a resultados (metas mensuales de volumen y calidad) y capacidad de análisis para segmentar mercados efectivamente.
  • Disciplina: Alta capacidad de autogestión y seguimiento riguroso de procesos comerciales.

Modalidad y Ubicación:

  • Ubicación Principal: Presencial en Bogotá.
  • Flexibilidad: En caso de no residir en la ciudad pero contar con el perfil técnico y la experiencia requerida, estamos abiertos a considerar candidatos en modalidad 100% Remoto en Colombia.
