Sobre la posición

Buscamos un Supervisor de Servicios y Soporte Técnico para liderar las operaciones de servicio técnico, soporte y proyectos B2B para las líneas Commercial e Industrial.

La posición tendrá responsabilidad sobre equipos técnicos de campo y soporte de segundo nivel, asegurando el cumplimiento de SLA, calidad de servicio, disponibilidad operativa y satisfacción de clientes corporativos.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Supervisar equipos de técnicos de campo y soporte técnico de segundo nivel.
  • Planificar y coordinar instalaciones, mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos.
  • Gestionar contratos de servicio y proyectos técnicos desde la planificación hasta el cierre.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de SLA y KPIs de servicio.
  • Monitorear indicadores como MTTR, TAT, First-Time Fix Rate, disponibilidad y productividad técnica.
  • Coordinar con proveedores, contratistas y Centros de Servicio Autorizados (CSA).
  • Participar en la evaluación y seguimiento de proveedores de servicios.
  • Atender y resolver escalaciones técnicas de clientes corporativos y cuentas estratégicas.
  • Coordinar con áreas internas como Ventas Corporativas, Logística, Repuestos y Finanzas.
  • Identificar oportunidades de servicios, mantenimiento y extensiones de garantía.
  • Elaborar reportes ejecutivos de desempeño y proponer mejoras en los procesos de servicio.

Requisitos

  • 5+ años de experiencia en supervisión de servicio técnico, soporte, proyectos de campo o gestión de servicios B2B.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos, idealmente técnicos de campo.
  • Experiencia trabajando con clientes corporativos / B2B.
  • Experiencia en gestión de contratos de mantenimiento y servicios técnicos.
  • Conocimiento y manejo de SLA y KPIs de servicio.
  • Experiencia con proveedores, contratistas o redes de servicio técnico.
  • Experiencia en equipos tecnológicos, electrónicos, industriales o electromecánicos.
  • Formación universitaria en Administración, Ingeniería Electrónica, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Inglés intermedio.

Será valorado

Experiencia previa con equipos de impresión, maquinaria industrial, escáneres, POS, etiquetado, Business Inkjet o soluciones tecnológicas B2B.
