Sobre el rol

Buscamos un Ejecutivo/a de Ventas Viajante para incorporarse a una empresa en constante expansión dentro del rubro de pinturas. El principal desafío de la posición será el desarrollo y apertura de mercado en la zona de Catamarca y La Rioja (con base en Catamarca), saliendo a buscar activamente nuevos puntos de venta.

Es una excelente oportunidad para perfiles comerciales sumamente autónomos, perseverantes y orientados a resultados, que disfruten del trabajo en campo y deseen hacer crecer una zona con altísimo potencial.

Requisitos

Requisitos Técnicos y Logísticos

  • Experiencia previa: Deseable experiencia previa en ventas de calle/terreno (valorable experiencia en venta puerta a puerta, seguros, alarmas, consumo masivo o rubros afines). No es excluyente pertenecer al rubro de pinturas.
  • Movilidad propia: Automóvil propio (excluyente por los traslados en ruta entre Catamarca y La Rioja).
  • Radicación: Residencia en la provincia de Catamarca (excluyente).

Soft Skills & Perfil Comercial

  • Proactividad e intensidad comercial: Perfil enérgico, con alta iniciativa y capacidad para abrir caminos en zonas de baja presencia inicial.
  • Autonomía y autogestión: Habilidad para planificar sus propios horarios, rutas y agenda diaria según la dinámica de los clientes de la zona.
  • Perseverancia y resiliencia: Tolerancia a la frustración; enfocado en la pelea del "día a día" que no se queda con el primer "no" en el punto de venta.
  • Dinamismo y calle: Persona acostumbrada al terreno, la prospección constante y la venta directa puerta a puerta / comercio por comercio.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollo y prospección en calle: Recorrer y abrir mercado en ferreterías (de barrio y grandes), pinturerías pequeñas y corralones de la zona asignada.
  • Gestión de cartera activa: Administrar y fidelizar una base inicial de más de 30 clientes activos en la zona.
  • Gestión integral de ventas y cobranzas: Realizar la venta consultiva de productos, el seguimiento comercial y la gestión de cobranza de los clientes a cargo.
  • Planificación de ruteo y viajes: Organizar la cobertura comercial entre Catamarca y La Rioja (desplazamiento aproximado de 70 km entre plazas).
  • Cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales: Maximizar el volumen de ventas e incrementar sostenidamente la presencia de la marca en el territorio.

  • Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial de campo / Terreno.
  • Dedicación: Full-time con exclusividad (no se permite llevar otras carteras de productos).
  • Horario: Manejo flexible y autónomo del tiempo según la dinámica comercial y aperturas de los clientes de la zona.
  • Esquema salarial: Sueldo básico: Bajo convenio de Empleado de Comercio. Comisiones: Atractivo esquema de comisiones por ventas y cobranzas.
