Garantir a qualidade dos sistemas críticos através da execução de testes rigorosos, assegurando alta disponibilidade e desempenho. Atuar na identificação e resolução de problemas, bem como na implementação de melhorias e inovações tecnológicas. Colaborar com as equipes de desenvolvimento e outras áreas para garantir que os sistemas atendam aos requisitos de negócio e aos níveis de serviço contratados com os clientes.

Superior completo em áreas relacionadas à Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia de Software, Ciência da Computação ou áreas afins Conhecimentos Específicos Testes funcionais, regressivos, de integração e exploratórios; Ferramentas de automação de testes (ex: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright); Testes de APIs REST usando Postman, Swagger ou Insomnia; Metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban); Versionamento com Git e uso de GitHub/GitLab; Ferramentas de gerenciamento de testes (Azure); Noções de CI/CD e integração de testes em pipelines; Testes em aplicações web e mobile; Conhecimento básico em linguagens de script (JavaScript, Python ou Java); Conhecimento em boas práticas de QA e critérios de aceitação. Habilidades Capacidade analítica para identificar falhas e inconsistências; Organização e gestão de tempo para cumprir prazos de entrega; Comunicação clara e objetiva com equipes técnicas e de negócio; Colaboração em ambientes multidisciplinares; Proatividade na resolução de problemas; Atenção aos detalhes e comprometimento com a qualidade; Facilidade de adaptação a novas ferramentas e processos; Capacidade de documentação técnica e geração de evidências; Visão crítica para propor melhorias nos processos de QA; Autonomia para conduzir atividades de testes com responsabilidade.
