Profissional para atuação na sustentação do Opt-in Elaborar novos projetos e atualizações provendo melhorias de todos os sistemas da unidade, bem como atender as solicitações relacionados a sistemas, propondo projetos, direcionamento técnico para os analistas de níveis inferiores e estratégias de melhoria, com o intuito de oferecer a melhor experiência possível diminuindo o impacto em casos de incidentes nas unidades de negócio.

Ensino Superior Completo em Ciências da Computação, Engenharia da Computação ou Sistemas de Informação ou similar;

Desejáveis cursos complementares na área de atuação;

Conhecimento com o protocolo FHIR.

Experiência sólida e consistente na área de atuação de desenvolvimento de sistema, ambiente de homologação controlado e desejável experiência na área hospitalar ou clínicas e operadora de saúde. Experiência na construção de soluções corporativas utilizando IA generativa.

Conhecimentos específicos

Experiência em FHIR; Proficiência em linguagens de programação (Node.js, .Net, React, Angular, Asp.Net/WebForms, etc), e scripts em SQL Server ou Oracle; Conhecimento em Azure Devops.

Experiência na construção de soluções corporativas utilizando IA generativa, incluindo arquitetura de agentes, RAG, avaliação de respostas de LLMs, observabilidade, segurança, controle de custos e governança de IA. Metodologia ágil é um diferencial.

Principais responsabilidades 1. Atualização de Sistemas

Ser responsável pela atualização sistêmica, com base nas diretrizes da área, com o objetivo de aplicar as ações de melhorias e correção solicitadas.

2. Incidentes

Atuar e solucionar em incidentes relacionados a sistemas, não comprometendo o mínimo de 90% de SLA dentro do prazo.

3. Requisições

Atuar e solucionar em requisições relacionados a sistemas, não comprometendo o mínimo de 90% de SLA dentro do prazo.

4. Projetos

Desenvolver em conjunto com as equipes de projetos da maneira eficiente os projetos relacionados a sistemas, provendo ações de novas funcionalidades e ou melhorias tecnológicas, de negócio ou regulatórias.

5. Melhoria de Sistema

Identificar informações de melhoria, através de entrevistas com as áreas de negócios, visando elaborar processos que terão base para melhoria sistêmica.

6. Treinamentos

Sugerir e elaborar treinamento para a área, por meio da identificação de possíveis falhas nos processos ou necessidade de disseminação de assuntos técnicos, com o objetivo de capacitar os clientes internos sobre as interações e funcionamento sistêmico, sendo focal point dos analista júnior e pleno.
