Resumo do Cargo:

O Gerente Administrativo será responsável pela supervisão das operações administrativas da clínica de dermatologia, garantindo a eficiência dos processos, o cumprimento das normas regulamentares e o atendimento de qualidade aos pacientes. O profissional atuará na coordenação de equipes, planejamento estratégico e melhoria contínua das atividades administrativas, promovendo um ambiente organizacional produtivo e harmonioso.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Gerenciar as operações administrativas diárias da clínica, assegurando o bom funcionamento dos processos internos e o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas.
  • Supervisionar as equipes de recepção, atendimento ao cliente, faturamento, financeiro e outros setores administrativos.
  • Desenvolver e implementar procedimentos para otimizar a experiência dos pacientes, reduzindo o tempo de espera e aumentando a eficiência operacional.
  • Administrar os recursos financeiros da clínica, incluindo controle de contas a pagar e receber, fluxo de caixa, elaboração de relatórios financeiros e gestão orçamentária.
  • Coordenar a agenda de atendimentos médicos, assegurando a organização e o cumprimento das demandas de consultas e procedimentos dermatológicos.
  • Garantir a conformidade com as regulamentações de saúde e segurança, bem como com as exigências da ANS e demais órgãos reguladores.
  • Identificar e propor melhorias em processos administrativos e tecnológicos, incluindo o uso de sistemas de gestão clínica.
  • Realizar recrutamento, treinamento e desenvolvimento de equipes, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho motivador e colaborativo.
  • Negociar contratos e parcerias com fornecedores, laboratórios e outros prestadores de serviço.
  • Monitorar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e elaborar relatórios para apresentação à direção da clínica.

Requisitos:

Formação:

  • Graduação em Administração de Empresas, Gestão Hospitalar, ou áreas correlatas.
  • Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Saúde, Gestão de Negócios ou áreas afins será um diferencial.

Experiência:

  • Experiência prévia em gestão administrativa, preferencialmente em clínicas médicas ou hospitais.
  • Experiência com liderança de equipes multidisciplinares.
