Misión del cargo:

Liderar y coordinar eficientemente los procesos administrativos, financieros y de soporte de la empresa, asegurando el uso óptimo de los recursos y el cumplimiento de las políticas internas, con el fin de contribuir al crecimiento sostenido y la estabilidad operativa de la empresa.

Nivel de instrucción:

Título de Tercer o Cuarto nivel en: Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial, Operaciones, Economía o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en cargos similares.

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Gestión Financiera y Presupuestaria.

- Sistemas de Gestión Empresarial (ERP).

- Procesos.

- Legislación Laboral y Gestión de Personas.

- Excel Avanzado y Herramientas de Análisis.

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Diseñar, implementar y supervisar políticas y procedimientos administrativos y financieros.

- Gestionar el presupuesto anual y realizar seguimiento a su ejecución.

- Supervisar los procesos contables, de tesorería, cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar.

- Coordinar la administración de recursos humanos en aspectos contractuales, legales y de clima laboral.

- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones legales, tributarias y laborales de la empresa.

- Administrar contratos con proveedores de servicios generales y mantener buenas relaciones comerciales.

- Generar reportes financieros y de gestión para la toma de decisiones de la alta dirección.

- Liderar y motivar al equipo administrativo, promoviendo una cultura de eficiencia, responsabilidad y mejora continua.
