We're Hiring | Assistant Manager – Defect Liability Period & Community Management

Talents Tide is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Defect Liability Period (DLP) & Community Management to join a leading organisation in Dubai, UAE.

The role will support the effective management of DLP activities, defect resolution, handover and community-related operations, ensuring timely closure of issues and maintaining required quality and service standards.

Location: Dubai, UAE Level: Assistant Manager Function: Community Management / Property & Land Services

Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor DLP activities and defect rectification Coordinate inspections, snagging and closure of outstanding defects Follow up with contractors, consultants and relevant stakeholders Support property handover and ensure smooth transition into community operations Monitor service quality, timelines and compliance with agreed standards Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation related to DLP and community issues Support the resolution of resident/community concerns and operational issues

Requirements: Experience in DLP, handover, community management, property management or project delivery Strong contractor and stakeholder management experience Good understanding of defect identification, rectification and quality standards Strong coordination, reporting and problem-solving skills UAE/GCC real estate or property experience preferred
