The posting

Talents Tide is looking for an experienced Associate Director – Infrastructure Project Delivery to join a leading organisation in Dubai, UAE.

The role will lead and oversee the delivery of major infrastructure projects, working closely with senior leadership and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure successful project execution.

Location: Dubai, UAE Function: Project Delivery – Infrastructure Projects Reporting to: VP – Infrastructure Projects Level: Associate Director

Key focus areas: Infrastructure project delivery and execution Project planning, governance and performance management Coordination with consultants, contractors and key stakeholders Ensuring projects are delivered to required quality, timelines and standards Leadership of multidisciplinary project teams

Requirements: Extensive experience in infrastructure project delivery Strong project management and stakeholder management experience Proven leadership experience in large-scale projects Strong understanding of project governance, contracts, cost and programme management
