تبحث جهة حكومية في **دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة** عن **مدير قسم الشراكة** للانضمام إلى فريقها وقيادة منظومة الشراكات وتمويل المشاريع الرأسمالية، والمساهمة في تطوير حلول مالية واستثمارية تدعم **الأولويات الحكومية وتعزز كفاءة الإنفاق والاستدامة المالية**.

ستتولى مسؤولية قيادة وتطوير استراتيجيات الشراكات والتمويل، بما يشمل:

تطوير استراتيجيات تمويل المشاريع الرأسمالية بالتعاون مع الجهات الحكومية المعنية.

قيادة أطر واستراتيجيات **الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص (PPP)**.

الإشراف على التخطيط والتقييم المالي والاقتصادي للمشاريع الاستراتيجية.

مراجعة وتحليل العروض والنماذج المالية وتقديم التوصيات الاستراتيجية.

تقييم المخاطر المالية والاقتصادية ووضع الحلول المناسبة لإدارتها والتخفيف منها.

الإشراف على تطوير نماذج مالية متقدمة لدعم قرارات التمويل والاستثمار الحكومي.

تقديم الاستشارات المالية المتخصصة للجهات الحكومية بشأن تمويل المشاريع والشراكات.

بناء علاقات وشراكات استراتيجية مع **المؤسسات المالية والمستثمرين** لتعزيز فرص التمويل المستدام.

العمل مع كبار المسؤولين وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان مواءمة المشاريع مع الأولويات والاستراتيجيات الحكومية.

قيادة فريق القسم وتحقيق مستهدفاته ومؤشرات أدائه وتطوير قدراته المهنية.
