Senior Executive – Commercial Finance | Dubai, UAE

Talents Tide is hiring for a leading Dubai-based real estate developer. We're looking for a Senior Executive to join their FP&A and Commercial Finance team. You'll be at the centre of the budgeting and reporting cycle, turning numbers into insight that drives management decisions.

What you'll do

  • Support the annual budget process from start to finish. You'll work with department heads to collect inputs, build schedules in line with Group policies, and support re-forecasts and budget recalibrations.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc MIS reports, and maintain KPI reporting that gives management timely, decision-ready information.
  • Carry out variance analysis of actuals against budget, highlighting risks and supporting KPI delivery.
  • Build, update, and maintain financial models for budgeting and business analysis.
  • Help develop budgeting, reporting, and project reporting policies, processes, and templates.
  • Manage budgets within Hyperion, making sure data is accurate and raising any system issues with the technical team.
  • Contribute to improvements in budgeting and MIS systems alongside other departments.

What you'll bring

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CA or ACCA is preferred.
  • 3–5 years of finance experience in FP&A, budgeting, or MIS. Real estate experience is a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on Hyperion experience, plus working knowledge of Oracle or other ERP systems.
  • Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to meet several deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
