Als Customer Support Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, garages en andere betrokken partijen. Je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie, volgt dossiers nauwkeurig op en bewaakt gemaakte afspraken van begin tot eind. Dankzij jouw klantgerichte aanpak weten klanten steeds waar ze aan toe zijn en kunnen zij rekenen op een professionele dienstverlening.

  • Beantwoorden van inkomende telefoons en e-mails van klanten en partners;
  • Verzamelen, controleren en verwerken van gegevens op correctheid en volledigheid;
  • Ondersteunen bij technische vragen en afstemmen met garages en werkplaatsen;
  • Informeren van klanten en betrokken partijen over de voortgang van dossiers;
  • Opvolgen en bewaken van afspraken met klanten, leveranciers en partners;
  • Correct afhandelen van contractgerelateerde vragen binnen de vooropgestelde deadlines;
  • Registreren en beheren van klantinformatie in de verschillende systemen;
  • Actief meedenken over oplossingen en het garanderen van een uitstekende klantenservice.
  • Om in aanmerking te komen voor de functie van cusomter support medewerker is het belangrijk dat je vlot communiceert in het Nederlands, Duits en Engels;
  • Klantgerichtheid zit in jouw DNA en je denkt steeds oplossingsgericht;
  • Nauwkeurig werken en kwaliteitsvol resultaat leveren zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend;
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht wanneer meerdere dossiers tegelijk lopen;
  • Vanuit eerdere werkervaring beschik je over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk;
  • Vlot vertrouwd met Microsoft Office, waaronder Outlook, Word en Excel;
  • Technische kennis van automotive, banden of voertuigen is een pluspunt;
  • Je bent beschikbaar om in een roterend rooster te werken van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 07.00 uur en 22.00 uur en incidenteel op zaterdag tijdens heel drukke periodes.
