Wil je financiële analyses vertalen naar concrete inzichten en zo mee richting geven aan belangrijke bedrijfsbeslissingen? Als Financial Controller coördineer je de financiële planning, rapportering en analyse. Je brengt operationele prestaties in verband met financiële resultaten en ondersteunt het management met betrouwbare cijfers, forecasts en rendabiliteitsanalyses.

Jouw taken?

  • Coördineren van het jaarlijkse budgetproces, periodieke forecasts en het financiële meerjarenplan, inclusief het verzamelen en kritisch beoordelen van input;
  • Ontwikkelen van financiële modellen op basis van operationele factoren zoals volumes, verblijfsduur, bezettingsgraad en dienstverlening;
  • Analyseren van budgetafwijkingen en financiële resultaten, waarbij prijs-, volume-, kosten- en efficiëntie-effecten helder in kaart worden gebracht;
  • Opstellen van maandelijkse managementrapporteringen, KPI-overzichten en dashboards ter ondersteuning van directie, bestuur en aandeelhouders;
  • Onderzoeken van kostenstructuren en rendabiliteit per terminal, klant, contract en dienstverlening, en verbeterkansen signaleren;
  • Beoordelen van investeringsvoorstellen aan de hand van businesscases, rendement, terugverdientijd en verwachte resultaten;
  • Financiële ondersteuning bieden bij offertes, tenders, contractverlengingen en prijszetting, met aandacht voor volumes, marges en capaciteitsimpact;
  • Verbeteren en standaardiseren van financiële processen, gegevensstromen en rapporteringstools, en bijdragen aan een betrouwbare FP&A-werking.

Wat maakt jou de ideale kandidaat?

  • Een masterdiploma in Finance, Economie, Accountancy of een aanverwante richting, aangevuld met relevante ervaring in controlling, FP&A of financiële analyse;
  • Grondige kennis van budgettering, forecasting, variantieanalyse, resultatenrekeningen, cashflow en investeringsanalyses;
  • Sterke vaardigheden in financiële modellering en een zeer goede kennis van Excel, Word en PowerPoint;
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en BI- of planningtools, zoals Power BI, is een pluspunt. Ook het combineren en controleren van financiële en operationele gegevens gaat je goed af;
  • Vertrouwd met het gebruik van AI voor ad-hocanalyses en de integratie ervan in processen;
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels om vlot met verschillende interne en externe contacten te communiceren;
  • Analytisch, nauwkeurig en kritisch-constructief, met een oplossingsgerichte aanpak en oog voor optimalisatie;
  • Zelfstandig, stressbestendig en organisatorisch sterk, met verantwoordelijkheidszin en een uitgesproken teamgerichte houding.
