Je komt terecht in een internationaal familiebedrijf in Boechout met ongeveer 700 medewerkers en vestigingen in België, Frankrijk, Polen, Duitsland, Spanje en India. De organisatie combineert een ondernemende cultuur met internationale ambities en wil haar financiële processen en systemen verder professionaliseren. Je krijgt de kans om hierin een actieve rol te spelen en mee te bouwen aan de toekomst van finance.

Jobomschrijving

Voor een internationaal familiebedrijf in Boechout zijn we op zoek naar een Financial Controller. Ben jij analytisch sterk, heb je een goede financiële basis en denk je graag mee over hoe processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!

Jouw taken:

  • De CFO ondersteunen bij financiële rapportering, analyses, budgetten en forecasts.
  • De maand- en jaarafsluit van de Belgische entiteiten coördineren en opvolgen.
  • De juistheid en volledigheid van financiële cijfers controleren.
  • Managementrapporteringen en dashboards opmaken en verbeteren.
  • Financiële processen analyseren en optimaliseren om efficiënter te werken.
  • Meewerken aan de automatisatie en verbetering van ERP-systemen en rapporteringstools.
  • Samenwerken met collega's van finance, IT en andere afdelingen in verschillende landen en bereid zijn om hiervoor binnen Europa te reizen.

Een brede financiële functie met veel afwisseling, waarin je jouw kennis van finance kan combineren met IT, systemen en procesverbetering. Je krijgt de kans om rechtstreeks met de CFO samen te werken en mee te bouwen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de financiële organisatie.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een diploma in een financiële, economische of boekhoudkundige richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen finance, controlling, accounting, audit of financiële rapportering.
  • Je begrijpt hoe een maand- en jaarafsluit werkt en kan financiële cijfers kritisch beoordelen.
  • Je werkt analytisch, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in IT, ERP-systemen, rapportering en automatisatie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel. Ervaring met Power BI, Power Query of ERP-systemen is een plus.
  • Je communiceert vlot, neemt initiatief en denkt graag mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je voelt je goed in een internationale werkomgeving en bent bereid om binnen Europa te reizen.
