Onze klant is een toonaangevende speler binnen een technische en commerciële omgeving, en zoekt een communicatief en klantgericht talent dat het verschil maakt in hun interne sales team.

Wat jij mag verwachten van deze uitdagende en gevarieerde functie:

  • Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, zowel telefonisch als via mail – jouw aanpak bepaalt de eerste indruk.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige opvolging van klantvragen over producten, prijzen en op maat gemaakte oplossingen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met sales engineers en de salesmanager om offertes op te stellen en klanten correct te informeren.
  • Je registreert nieuwe opportuniteiten in het CRM-systeem en volgt offertes actief op.
  • Je zet bestellingen door naar partners en onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers.
  • Je helpt mee de klantenportefeuille uit te bouwen via actieve benadering van nieuwe én bestaande klanten.
  • Je bent een verbindende factor in de samenwerking tussen interne afdelingen en zusterbedrijven.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma én hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
  • Je werkt vlot met Outlook en MS Office; digitale tools kennen voor jou weinig geheimen.
  • Techniek interesseert je écht: je hebt een natuurlijke voeling met technische producten en processen.
  • Je bent gedreven om mee te denken in commerciële én technische oplossingen samen met een team van experten.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels – klanten voelen zich meteen begrepen.
  • Nieuwsgierigheid zit in je DNA: je wil graag blijven bijleren over producten en markten.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht – half werk is niets voor jou.
  • Je geeft niet snel op: met jouw doorzettingsvermogen krijg je dingen in beweging.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar haalt ook energie uit het samenwerken aan gedeelde doelen.
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio Turnhout en kijkt uit naar een nieuwe professionele uitdaging dicht bij huis.
