We're seeking a Senior Tax Manager for a public accounting firm's growing real estate tax practice. You'll advise owners, investors, and businesses on decisions that shape their tax position, lead sophisticated engagements, and develop a team that looks to you for technical guidance and leadership.

The Opportunity

Own senior-level client relationships and deliver practical advice on tax planning, partnership structures, transactions, and complex federal, state, and local tax matters.

Lead engagements from strategy through final delivery, balancing technical quality, priorities, and client expectations.

Apply deep partnership and flow-through tax expertise to challenging real estate issues.

Mentor and develop tax professionals while helping shape how the team operates and grows.

Deepen client relationships and contribute to the direction of the practice.

What You Bring

Substantial public accounting experience with a strong focus on real estate tax.

Deep knowledge of partnership taxation and complex flow-through structures.

A demonstrated ability to lead complex engagements and advise clients directly.

Strong technical judgment, client communication, and team leadership skills.

A CPA or other relevant advanced tax credential is preferred.
