Responsabilités

  • Créer des plans d'affaires détaillés conçus pour atteindre des objectifs et des quotas prédéterminés.
  • Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vente, de la recherche d'un client à la conclusion d'un accord.
  • Dénicher de nouvelles opportunités de vente par le biais du réseautage et les transformer en partenariats à long terme
  • Présenter nos produits d'assurance santé numérique aux clients potentiels
  • Négocier des accords et tenir un registre des ventes et des données.

Exigences et compétences

  • Expérience confirmée en tant que chargé de clientèle ou dans une fonction similaire de vente ou de service à la clientèle.
  • Expérience de la vente d'assurance maladie ou de produits B2B similaires à des employeurs
  • Connaissance des études de marché, des principes de vente et de négociation
  • Excellente connaissance de MS Office ; la connaissance d'un logiciel de gestion de la relation client (par exemple HubSpot) est un plus.
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de présentation et capacité à nouer des relations.
  • Compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps
  • Sens des affaires
  • Enthousiaste et passionné
  • Maîtrise du français
  • Désir d'apprendre rapidement et d'avoir un impact dès le premier jour
