Depuis 2020, Tanél œuvre pour rendre la santé plus simple, plus digitale et plus accessible en Afrique de l’Ouest. Présente aujourd’hui au Sénégal et en Côte d’Ivoire, notre équipe grandit vite et nous cherchons une personne passionnée par la culture d’entreprise et le développement humain pour rejoindre l’aventure.

Votre mission

Faire de Tanel un lieu où chacun peut s’épanouir, grandir et contribuer à un projet porteur de sens. Vous serez le point de référence pour la culture, la performance et le bien-être des équipes à Dakar et à Abidjan.

Vos responsabilités

Culture & engagement

  • Promouvoir les valeurs de Tanel et faire vivre notre culture au quotidien
  • Créer des initiatives qui renforcent la cohésion entre les bureaux (événements, communications internes, moments d’échange)
  • Prendre le pouls de l’équipe et proposer des actions concrètes pour maintenir un environnement positif et inclusif

Performance & développement

  • Accompagner les managers dans la définition d’objectifs clairs et la mise en place de feedbacks réguliers
  • Concevoir et animer les processus d’évaluation de la performance
  • Identifier les besoins en formation et piloter des programmes de développement des compétences

Support aux équipes

  • Être à l’écoute des collaborateurs et soutenir la résolution des difficultés relationnelles ou organisationnelles
  • Faciliter la communication entre les équipes et la direction
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le RAF pour assurer la cohérence entre les aspects administratifs et humains de la fonction RH

Leadership & accompagnement

  • Conseiller la direction sur l’organisation, la gestion des talents et le climat social
  • Être le garant du respect des valeurs de respect, de collaboration et de professionnalisme

Profil recherché

  • 4 à 7 ans d’expérience en ressources humaines, people operations ou développement organisationnel
  • Excellentes capacités relationnelles et sens de la confidentialité
  • Esprit positif, sens de l’écoute et goût pour la proximité avec les équipes
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en croissance rapide
  • Maîtrise du français, anglais apprécié
