岗位职责 1.负责机器人软件中间件、运行时基础设施及设备端软件平台的设计、开发和维护。 2.负责进程间通信、消息定义、服务调用、共享内存、数据序列化及通信性能优化。 3.负责机器人软件进程的启动编排、生命周期管理、依赖管理和异常恢复。 4.建设统一的平台基础能力，包括日志、配置、参数、诊断、故障码、监控、数据录制和回放。 5.负责机器人软件的容器化部署、镜像管理、版本管理及发布流程建设。 6.负责 OTA 升级、灰度发布、升级校验、失败回滚和断点恢复等功能开发。 7.负责设备端升级 Agent、远程诊断工具、日志上传及设备状态采集能力。 8.建设面向批量机器人的软件版本追踪、配置管理和远程维护能力。 9.负责 CI/CD、自动化构建、软件打包、依赖管理及发布准入流程。 10.与嵌入式平台、控制、感知、应用、云端及测试团队协作，支持多个机器人项目的软件集成和交付。 11.根据个人技术特长，承担中间件、运行时、OTA、DevOps 或设备运维等一个或多个细分方向。

任职要求 1.计算机、软件工程、自动化、通信或相关专业，3年以上工作经验 2.具备 Linux 环境下 C++、Python、Go 或其他至少一种语言的工程开发能力，其中应具备一定的 C++ 阅读或开发能力。 3.熟悉 Linux 进程、线程、网络通信、文件系统及常用系统工具。 4.熟悉分布式通信、中间件、机器人软件框架、设备管理平台或软件发布系统中的至少一个方向。 5.具备良好的软件架构、接口设计和模块化开发能力。 6.熟悉 Git 及基本的软件版本管理和协作开发流程。 7.能够独立分析软件部署、进程启动、版本依赖、网络通信及运行时异常。 8.具备较强的工程落地能力，重视可维护性、可测试性和故障恢复。 9.能够阅读英文技术文档，具备良好的沟通和跨团队协作能力。 加分项 1.熟悉 ROS、ROS 2、CyberRT、DDS、Fast DDS、ZeroMQ、gRPC 或类似通信框架。 2.熟悉 Protobuf、共享内存、零拷贝、服务发现或高性能进程间通信。 3.熟悉 Docker、Docker Compose、containerd、Harbor 或 NVIDIA Container Runtime。 4.熟悉 Jenkins、GitLab CI、GitHub Actions 或其他 CI/CD 工具。 5.有嵌入式设备、机器人、自动驾驶或边缘计算设备 OTA 经验。 6.熟悉 A/B 升级、分区升级、容器升级、软件包升级、升级回滚或安全启动。 7.熟悉 systemd 服务管理、进程守护、健康检查和依赖编排。 8.有批量设备管理、远程运维、日志采集、指标监控或告警平台经验。 9.熟悉 Prometheus、Grafana、ELK、Fluent Bit、OpenTelemetry 或类似可观测性技术。 10.熟悉软件供应链、制品管理、版本兼容矩阵、SBOM 或发布准入流程。 11.有数据录制、回放、问题复现及现场诊断工具开发经验。 12.有 100 台以上智能设备、机器人或 IoT 设备的软件发布和运维经验。
