1. 负责产品的工业外观机构设计，确保产品外观美观、结构合理、符合生产工艺要求，并满足功能、成本及可靠性目标： - 配合ID进行产品外观结构设计并进行可行性分析，优化外观与内部结构的匹配性。 - 负责3D建模（如Creo/SolidWorks/UG）和2D工程图输出，确保设计符合DFM（可制造性设计）和DFA（可装配性设计）要求。 2. 材料与工艺选择： - 评估并选用合适的材料（如塑料、金属、玻璃等），确保外观质感、强度及成本平衡。 - 深刻理解3C类产品材料使用和部分特种工程塑料开模。 - 熟悉产品制造工艺,优化结构设计以减少模具复杂度，降低生产成本，并确保设计合理性。 - 建立工艺资源池 3. 结构验证与测试： - 主导或参与样机试制，分析并解决问题。 - 主导进行一些安规测试以验证产品的可靠性及合规性。 - 配合电子工程师优化PCB布局，避免EMI干扰和散热问题。 4. 跨部门协作： - 与电子工程师、模具厂协作，确保设计落地。 - 支持生产部门解决量产中的结构问题。 - 参与产品包装设计，确保运输防护和开箱体验。 5. 文档与标准化： - 输出BOM（物料清单）、并配合工艺工程师制作产品作业指导书等技术文档。 - 建立结构设计规范，推动设计标准化和模块化。

1. 全日制统招本科及以上学历，机电一体化，机械设计、工业设计、材料工程等相关理工科专业； 2. 3年以上消费电子/家电/汽车内外饰等行业结构设计经验，有成功量产案例优先。 3. 精通UG/NX设计软件。 4. 熟悉塑胶/金属模具、注塑工艺、CNC加工等制造流程。 5. 了解CMF（颜色、材料、工艺）设计趋势。 6. 熟悉行业标准（如IP防护、安规认证）者优先。
