1. 机械设计与开发：主导工业自动化设备、人形机器人、工业机器人的整体或子模块的机械设计与开发工作，确保设计方案满足功能、性能和可靠性要求。 2. 跨团队协作：与电气团队紧密合作，完成复杂机电系统的电气电子线路布局设计；与光学团队协作，优化复杂光机设计；与软件算法团队配合，进行设备的迭代优化，提升整体系统性能。 3. 设计文档编制：负责相关机械设计开发文档、三维模型、工程图纸、物料清单（BOM）及批量制造标准文件的编制工作，确保文档的准确性和完整性，为生产、装配和维护提供有力支持。 4. 供应链开发与零部件采购：负责机械模块的供应链开发，进行技术评估和打样工作，完成零部件的采购和加工任务，确保零部件的质量和供应的及时性。 5. 系统安装调试与文档撰写：组织并参与系统的安装和调试工作，提供相关的分析和测试报告，撰写系统文档，为系统的稳定运行和后续优化提供依据。 6. 技术追踪与沉淀：持续关注机械设计领域的前沿技术和发展趋势，进行技术追踪和技术沉淀，提升团队的技术水平和创新能力。

1. 本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、机械工程、机电一体化等相关专业；具备2年以上在自动化设备、人形机器人、工业机器人等领域从事机械设计和装配的工作经验。 2. 熟悉材料特性、加工及表面处理工艺，能够正确进行设计对象的公差及尺寸分析优化，确保设计的可制造性和经济性。 3. 标准件选型能力：熟悉伺服/步进电机、DD马达、直线电机、丝杆导轨、气动元件等标准件的选型原则和方法，能够根据设计需求选择合适的标准件，提高设计效率和可靠性。 4. 力学分析能力：熟悉机械静力学、动力学分析过程，能够完成对零件和模块的强度、刚度及模态分析，并根据分析结果提出优化设计方案，确保机械系统的性能和稳定性。 5. 软件技能：精通SolidWorks等三维绘图工具软件，能够熟练运用软件进行机械设计和仿真分析，提高设计质量和效率。 6. 项目经验与技能：有超精密运动平台设计、精密光学机械结构量产化经验者优先；具备良好的动手能力和执行力，能够独立完成机械设计和装配任务；责任心强，具有良好的沟通协作能力，能够与跨部门团队紧密合作，共同推进项目进展。
