职位描述 1、基于 ROS/ROS 2/DDS 进行系统集成、节点通信与模块协作，主导机器人系统软件架构设计与开发 2、研发通用组件与系统服务：配置/参数、服务发现、任务调度、插件化框架 3、网络与诊断：集成 UDS/DoIP 与诊断网络，支持 IoT 接入（MQTT/HTTP/CoAP） 4、OTA 与部署：差分升级、断点续传、签名与回滚、灰度发布 5、可观测性建设：高性能日志、数据落盘、数据埋点与代码插桩 6、工程质量：编写高质量可维护的 C++ 代码，开展单元/集成测试与调试；支持算法接入与性能优化；维护技术文档

职位要求 1、本科及以上学历，计算机/自动化/电子/机器人等相关专业 2、熟练 C++11 及以上，良好编码规范与接口设计能力，具有1个以上软硬件量产产品的架构设计、技术管理经验 3、熟悉 Linux 系统开发与调试，掌握 CMake、gdb、git 4、熟练使用 ROS 或 ROS 2，理解节点/话题/服务/动作模型；具备 DDS（Fast DDS/Cyclone/Connext 其一）与 QoS 调优经验优先 5、熟悉多线程与异步编程，具备系统性能优化与问题定位能力 6、了解 UDS、DoIP、TCP/UDP、CAN/CAN-FD 等通信与诊断协议 7、具备日志/落盘/埋点/插桩体系建设或使用经验 8、良好的团队协作、问题分析与项目推进能力
