1、厂区&实验室EHS顶层体系建设与持续升级 负责研发实验室、试制车间、仓储、办公园区ISO14001/ISO45001高阶体系运维、流程再造、管理评审、年度内审策划； 建立风险分级管控、隐患闭环治理、双重预防机制，实现厂区EHS系统化、标准化、零重大事故管理。 2、重大危险源与高阶安全风险管控 深度识别化学品、高压设备、测试设备、激光设备、电池测试、高温作业等高风险场景； 主导JSA作业分析、LOTO上锁挂牌、特种作业审批、职业病危害管控、危废/三废合规高阶治理。 3、政府监管、应急体系与事故高阶处置 对接应急管理、消防、环保、卫健部门高阶检查与专项督查； 搭建应急预案、年度演练、事故溯源RCA机制，主导一般及以上安全/环境事件调查、根因分析、体系补强，杜绝重复事故。 4、工程&新项目EHS前置评审与合规把关 对新建车间、新设备导入、新工艺、电池测试项目、自动化设备导入做高阶EHS评审，从源头规避系统性安全与环境风险。 5、EHS文化、制度标准化与团队能力建设 搭建分层EHS培训体系、安全文化建设、稽核考核机制； 输出标准化SOP、红线清单、年度EHS改善专项项目，持续降低厂区隐患率、违规率。

1. 本科及以上，环境工程、安全工程、化工、电气、材料等专业，10年以上智能电子/消费电子/机器人行业EHS资深经验，5年以上专家/专项负责人经验。 2. EHS能力：精通双体系运行、重大危险源管控、危废合规、职业病管理、政府对接、事故高阶处置，持有注册安全工程师优先。 3. 具备整机产品绿色合规+厂区安全生产双领域统筹能力，能解决体系漏洞、系统性风险、重大审核问题。 4. 英语熟练，可独立阅读英文法规、对接海外机构、应对海外客户可持续审核。 5. 极强系统架构思维、项目统筹、跨部门推动、风险预判能力。

优先加分项 1. 有头部智能硬件、机器人、消费电子大厂体系从零搭建经验。 2. 主导过企业ESG报告编制、碳足迹项目、绿色工厂认证。 3. 熟悉电池类产品绿色合规、新能源安全管控经验。 4. 具备RBA、EHS体系外审员、绿色产品认证讲师资质
