1. 工业设计相关专业，本科及以上学历，1年以上设计经验，需有实际产品量产经验，有设计获奖及AI智能硬件/消费电子/机器人相关项目经验优先； 2. 精通工业设计流程，具备完整的从产品定义、创意设计方案到高质量产品交付的能力； 3. 熟练运用PS，AI，UG，CREO，Rhino，keyshot，Blender 等设计软件，熟练掌握参数化设计能力（grasshopper）者优先； 4. 思维活跃，具有快速定位与解决问题的能力，能够熟练利用3D打印等快速原型手段验证方案； 5. 熟悉掌握并能灵活运用各类CMF工艺，并对产品结构、模具、生产等有较深入的了解； 6. 有责任有担当，有洞察力与自驱力，对做精品设计有不懈的追求； 7. 具有良好的团队协作与沟通能力，能够有效参与跨部门项目合作; 8. 岗位申请者需提供作品集。
