职位描述 1. 核心产品设计与团队引领 独立主导或带领设计团队，负责机器人、智能穿戴设备等核心产品的外观设计、人机工程验证及全流程产品落地。深度参与产品定义阶段，结合用户需求与技术可行性输出差异化设计方案，解决设计与量产过程中的复杂问题，确保产品兼具美学价值、用户体验与工程可实现性。 2. 前瞻趋势洞察与设计策略输出 牵头开展工业设计行业、竞品及用户趋势的深度洞察，结合公司品牌战略与业务发展目标，输出前瞻性设计策略。主导创新概念设计与落地转化，将趋势洞察转化为可商业化的产品设计方案，提升产品市场竞争力。 3. 设计体系建设与能力赋能 主导制定公司级工业设计交付物质量标准、流程规范与评审机制，推动设计流程优化。探索并引入新的设计方法、工具与技术（如参数化设计、AI辅助设计等），在团队内推广应用并赋能成员，提升整体设计效率与专业水平。 4. 跨部门协同与产品战略落地 作为设计端核心代表，与战略、市场、研发、供应链等部门深度协同，全程参与产品规划、研发迭代与上市发布全流程。主导设计方案的跨部门沟通与评审，推动设计价值在产品全生命周期中落地，参与产品发布的设计解读与品牌传播。 5. 设计经验沉淀与团队培养 负责团队设计经验与案例的沉淀与复盘，搭建内部设计知识库。指导 junior 设计师成长，通过项目带教、技能培训等方式提升团队整体专业能力，打造高凝聚力的设计团队。

1. 工业设计相关专业，本科及以上学历，8年以上智能硬件/消费电子/机器人领域工业设计经验，具备核心产品从概念到量产的全流程主导经验。拥有国际/国内知名设计奖项（如红点、iF、IDEA等）或头部智能硬件企业设计经验者优先。 2. 精通工业设计全流程，能够基于用户需求、技术限制与商业目标独立输出完整设计方案，具备解决人机工程、工艺实现、成本控制等复杂设计难题的能力，能主导设计方案的评审与决策。 3. 熟练运用PS、AI、UG、CREO、Rhino、Keyshot、Blender等设计软件，精通参数化设计（Grasshopper），能够运用参数化工具提升设计效率与方案创新性，具备AI辅助设计工具应用经验者优先。 4. 具备敏锐的趋势洞察力与创新思维，能够快速定位产品设计核心问题并输出有效解决方案，熟练运用3D打印、快速原型制作等手段验证设计方案，确保设计落地可行性。 5. 精通各类CMF（色彩、材料、工艺）体系，对产品结构设计、模具开发、量产工艺有深入且全面的理解，能够主导工艺选型与优化，有效解决量产过程中的设计与工艺冲突问题 6. 需提供个人作品集
