The posting

1、负责产品 SMT 全流程工艺开发与优化，主导 BGA、WCSP 等微小间距、高集成度封装器件的印刷、贴片、回流焊工艺参数调试，解决焊接空洞、桥连、立碑、虚焊等常见工艺问题，持续提升制程良率。 2、负责 SMT 代工厂的工艺对接与交付管理，制定量产工艺标准与管控要求，跟进外协厂的产能排布、制程稳定性与出货质量，推动产线异常快速闭环，保障批量订单按时按质交付。 3、产品可靠性工艺方案问题的解决，针对高集成度小型化电子设备，制定温度循环、跌落冲击、湿热老化等可靠性试验，跟踪失效分析并落地工艺改进措施。 4、参与产品研发阶段的 DFM（可制造性设计）评审，对接硬件、结构团队输出 PCB 布局、钢网设计、器件选型的工艺优化建议；负责 ICT、FCT 测试方案的工艺对接，提出测试点设计、夹具适配、测试流程的可制造性优化意见。 5、编制并维护 SOP、工艺参数卡、检验规范等工艺文件，建立工艺标准体系，推动产线作业标准化；负责新物料、新封装的工艺验证与导入评审。 6、跟进电子组装行业新工艺、新材料、新设备的发展，结合产品小型化、高密化需求引入先进制程方案，持续降本增效。 协同质量、采购团队开展供应商工艺能力审核，推动外协厂制程能力升级，管控批量生产中的工艺一致性风险。

1、本科及以上学历，电子信息、微电子、机械制造等相关专业，5 年及以上电子 SMT 工艺 / 电子制程工艺相关工作经验。 2、具备 BGA、WCSP 等微小封装器件的工艺调试与良率提升实战经验，熟悉回流焊温度曲线优化、钢网开孔设计、X-Ray/AOI 检测判定标准。 3、有高集成度小型化电子设备（如智能穿戴、便携终端、工业模组等）的批量量产工艺经验，熟悉高密度 PCB 组装的工艺难点与可靠性管控方法。 4、具备外协 SMT 工厂交付管理经验，能独立对接代工厂处理量产异常，具备跨团队推动问题解决的能力。 5、熟悉 ICT、FCT 测试原理与设计规范，能从工艺角度提出可测试性设计（DFT）优化建议，有测试夹具评审与测试良率优化经验优先。 6、熟悉 IPC-A-610、IPC-J-STD-001 等电子组装行业标准，掌握常用失效分析手段与质量改进工具。 7、了解 PCB 制作流程、物料工艺特性，能独立完成 DFM 评审并输出可落地的优化方案。 8、工作严谨细致，具备较强的逻辑分析能力、抗压能力与沟通协调能力，能适应项目制快节奏工作。
