1. 运动学仿真建模：负责机器人整机、关节模组及灵巧手的多体运动学仿真模型搭建，包括连杆机构、腱绳传动、齿轮传动等复杂机构的运动学建模与验证。 2. 工作空间与干涉分析：对机械臂和灵巧手进行工作空间分析、可达性验证、奇异性检查以及整机运动过程中的干涉碰撞检测，为结构设计提供量化优化建议。 3. 轨迹规划与运动性能评估：在仿真环境中对末端执行器进行轨迹规划与运动平滑性分析，评估关节运动范围、速度、加速度等运动学性能指标，确保满足设计规格要求。 4. 传动机构运动学分析：对谐波减速器、腱绳传动、连杆机构等关键传动环节进行运动学仿真，分析传动误差、回差、柔轮变形等非线性因素对末端运动精度的影响。 5. 仿真报告与设计反馈：编写运动学仿真分析报告，将仿真结论转化为对结构设计的可执行改进建议，与机械设计、减速器设计工程师紧密协作，实现仿真驱动设计的闭环迭代。 6. 仿真规范与流程建设：制定运动学仿真分析的标准流程、建模规范和评判准则，推动仿真分析方法在机械设计团队中的规范化应用。

1、专业基础：本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、机械电子工程、车辆工程等相关专业，具备扎实的多体动力学与运动学理论基础。 2、仿真软件能力：熟练使用Adams进行多体运动学与动力学仿真分析，能独立完成复杂机构的建模、约束定义、驱动设置及后处理分析。 3、CAD协作能力：熟练使用至少一种主流三维CAD软件（如SolidWorks、Creo、NX等）进行机构装配与运动干涉初步检查，能与结构设计工程师无缝对接模型数据。 4、运动学分析能力：深刻理解串联/并联机构、四连杆、腱传动等常见机器人机构的正逆运动学特性，能独立分析传动链的误差传递和运动精度。 5、经验要求：3年以上机械运动学仿真经验，有机器人关节模组、工业机械臂、灵巧手或其他精密传动机构仿真经验者优先。 6、软素质：严谨细致，善于用仿真数据说话。具备良好的跨部门沟通能力，能向设计工程师清晰解释仿真发现的问题和改进方向。

加分项 1、有谐波减速器或腱绳传动机构的运动学仿真经验。 2、了解刚柔耦合仿真方法，能对柔轮等柔性体进行运动学分析。 3、有Adams二次开发或脚本自动化仿真经验。
