The posting

1、算法设计与开发： 负责永磁同步电机（PMSM）、无刷直流电机（BLDC）或感应电机（IM）等电机的控制算法（如FOC、DTC、六步换相等）的设计、仿真、实现与优化。 2、软件实现与调试： 基于C/C++语言在MATLAB/Simulink、AutoSAR或直接在嵌入式MCU（如TI C2000、Infineon AURIX、NXP、ST等）上进行控制算法的代码编写、调试与测试。 3、系统建模与仿真： 利用MATLAB/Simulink、PLECS等工具进行电机系统的建模、控制策略仿真和参数整定，为算法设计提供理论依据。 4、性能优化： 负责提升电机控制系统的动态响应、效率、稳定性及鲁棒性，解决电机运行中的振动、噪音与转矩脉动等问题。 5、新技术的预研与探索： 跟踪行业前沿技术，研究如无位置传感器控制、预测控制、自适应控制等先进算法，并推动其产品化应用。 6、技术文档编写： 撰写详细的设计文档、测试报告和技术规范，确保开发过程的可追溯性和知识的有效传承。 7、团队协作： 与硬件工程师、软件工程师、测试工程师等紧密合作，共同解决产品开发过程中的技术难题，确保项目按时高质量交付。

职位要求： 1、计算机科学、自动化、电子信息工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。 2、具有5年以上电机控制算法开发或相关项目经验，有成功的产品量产经验者优先。 3、精通永磁同步电机（PMSM）的矢量控制（FOC）原理及其实现。 4、熟练掌握MATLAB/Simulink进行控制算法的建模和仿真。 5、具备扎实的C/C++编程能力，有嵌入式系统开发经验。
