1. 产品定义与规划：负责数采设备（遥操作系统、数据采集一体机等）的产品规划与路线图，输出高质量的MRD/PRD，明确功能规格、性能指标与验收标准； 2. 竞品与市场分析：持续跟踪国内外数采技术路线与竞品动态（遥操作、动捕、仿真合成数据等），建立竞品档案，定期输出有判断、有结论的竞品分析报告，直接支撑产品决策； 3. 需求洞察：深入客户现场（具身模型团队、科研机构、机器人公司）与内部算法团队，理解模型训练对数据质量、采集效率、成本的真实要求，转化为产品需求并排定优先级； 4. 牵引研发落地：与硬件、结构、嵌入式、软件团队紧密协同，参与技术方案评审，跟踪开发里程碑，发现路线偏差敢于提出并推动纠偏； 5. 产品验证与迭代：组织样机测试、内部试用与客户试点，建立"反馈—分析—迭代"闭环，推动产品快速进化； 6. 交付支持：输出产品手册与培训材料，支持售前技术交流及重大售后问题定位。

1. 本科及以上学历，机器人、自动化、机械电子、计算机、仪器科学等相关专业，技术背景出身； 2. 3年以上机器人/硬件产品或研发经验； 3. 具备扎实的技术理解力：能快速看懂传感器方案、通信接口、数据管线等技术细节，与研发平等对话； 4. 有完整PRD撰写经验，逻辑清晰，文档能力过硬； 5. 强推动力：能在没有汇报关系的情况下，推动跨团队把事情落地。

加分项： 1. 熟悉具身数采技术栈：多模态传感器时间同步（RGB-D相机、力/力矩、触觉、关节编码器等）、主流数据格式与管线（HDF5/LeRobot/RLDS等）、数据质检方法； 2. 熟悉遥操作/动捕方案（VR遥操作、外骨骼、惯性/光学动捕），或有机器人整机产品经验； 3. 了解VLA、模仿学习等具身模型对训练数据的要求； 4. 有ROS开发经验，或亲手做过机器人Demo； 5. 有硬件产品从0到1再到量产的完整经历。
