1. 负责机器人数据基础设施的规划与搭建，服务公司内部各机器人业务线与算法团队。 2. 负责具身智能高质量数据集的定义与全生命周期管理，打造多模态数据的资产库。 3. 设计并推进机器人数据全链路闭环，包括大规模数据标注工具链、数据可视化系统，提升数据从端侧到算法侧的流转效率。 4. 协同数据工程、工具链、算法，在保障数据安全与隐私的前提下，持续优化存储/计算成本与数据质量。

1. 计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数据科学、数学等相关专业本科及以上学历。 2. 3年以上AI数据产品经验，有从0到1搭建大型数据基建的成功案例。 3. 熟悉大规模数据采集、自动化标注、数据治理等技术逻辑与业务流程。 4. 具备极强的平台架构思维与逻辑抽象能力，能够将复杂的算法工程需求转化为高内聚、低耦合的通用数据平台产品。 5. 具备优秀的跨部门沟通协作能力，能有效连接算法、数据工程与业务项目组，推动全公司级的数据驱动转型。
