1. 负责整机机械设计，包括但不限于机器人结构、运动机构、传动系统等。 2. 根据产品需求和设计要求，进行机械部件的选型、设计计算和优化。 3. 负责机械部件的强度、刚度、稳定性等性能分析和计算。 4. 参与机器人系统的整体性能测试和调试，确保机械结构设计的合理性和可靠性。 5. 与业务关联部门协作，确保产品的整体性能和功能达到预期要求。 6. 持续关注行业动态和技术发展趋势，为机械结构设计的创新提供建议和方案。 7. 负责整机设计文档的编写，进行机械臂working range输出，为生产和后期维护提供支持。

1、本科及以上，机械相关专业，三年以上工作经验，具备足式、人形机器人或协作臂相关开发设计经验优先。 2、对机械结构和机械臂（协作，多关节）的设计和优化有深入的理解和实操能力，具备机械臂整臂设计能力，对于机械臂关键指标有深刻理解，可以进行机械臂对应指标的设计优化。 3、具备扎实的机械原理、机械设计和力学知识基础：具备形位公差的设计校验能力，具备机械臂标准接口的开发能力。 4、熟练掌握机械设计软件和相关工具，如NX，熟练掌握top-down设计以及参数化建模。 5、对于波减速器、行星齿轮、摆线减速器等在内的各类执行器有深刻理解，可以基于业务需求进行对应的关节指标分解，进行对应关节选型。 6、良好的沟通和协作能力，能够与其他部门进行有效沟通，完成电机、编码器、传感器、驱动器、线束、总线通信等的结构与电气协同设计，解决技术问题。 7、有较强的学习和创新能力，能够根据产品需求快速响应提出方案。
