一、岗位定位 负责灵巧手系统级的集成测试工作，验证硬件、嵌入式、算法各模块的协同工作是否正常，能独立完成测试设计、执行与问题闭环。

二、岗位职责 1、制定灵巧手整机及关节模组的集成测试方案与用例，覆盖功能、性能、可靠性、接口兼容性等维度 2、执行系统级测试，对测试中发现的跨模块问题（软硬件接口、信号、通信等）进行定位，推动相关团队闭环解决 3、搭建及维护系统集成测试环境，开发必要的测试辅助工具或脚本 4、参与自动化测试框架建设，持续提升回归测试效率 5、推动研发测试标准向产线转化，制定出厂测试规范，支持量产导入

1、本科及以上，机器人、自动化、机电、电子、测控等相关专业 2、3年以上系统集成或硬件测试经验，有机器人、汽车电子、伺服驱动等复杂机电产品测试背景 3、理解灵巧手或类似机电产品的工作原理（电机驱动、传感器、通信接口、电源），能看懂系统框图及原理图 4、能独立完成系统级测试设计、执行与问题闭环，具备跨模块问题的初步定位能力 5、熟练使用示波器、万用表等基础测试仪器 6、熟悉Python/Shell等至少一种脚本语言
