职位描述 - 生产级代码落地：负责将 CV、SLAM 及多模态大模型算法从 Python/研究原型重构为高性能生产级 C++ 代码，确保算法在资源受限的端侧设备上稳定运行。 - 极致性能优化：针对特定的端侧硬件（Orin/RK3588等），通过 SIMD 指令集、多线程并发、显存/内存零拷贝、模型量化加速 等底层手段，深度榨取硬件算力。 - 高性能数据流水线：设计并实现低延迟的传感器数据处理流水线（Pipeline），优化从数据采集、预处理、推理到决策下发的全链路时延。 - 算法框架工程化：负责基于 ROS2/CyberRT 的模块化开发，实现高效的任务调度策略，解决多算法并行执行时的资源抢占与干扰问题。 - 稳定性与鲁棒性工程：建立完备的端侧单元测试与集成测试体系，通过自动化工具定位内存泄漏、死锁及偶发性的算法失效问题。

  • 编程功底（硬性）：精通 Modern C++ (14/17/20)，对内存模型、模板元编程及 STL 容器底层实现有深刻理解；具备扎实的 Python 工程化能力。
  • 端侧开发经验：深度理解 Linux 应用层开发，能够熟练进行多进程/多线程编程，熟悉 cmake、git、gdb 等工程工具链。
  • 推理引擎实战：不仅会使用 TensorRT/SNPE，更需具备针对自定义算子的实现与加速经验，熟悉模型量化（INT8/FP16）后的精度补偿与验证。
  • 数学与算法实现：扎实的线性代数与空间几何基础。能够看懂算法论文并将其转化为数学稳定、计算高效的代码实现（如手写高性能卷积或几何变换）。
  • 系统诊断能力：熟练使用 perf、valgrind、Nsight 等性能分析工具，能够根据 Profile 结果精准定位系统瓶颈。
